All our customer’s are bound by our Terms and Conditions and our Acceptable User Policy (AUP). Occasionally it maybe necessary to complain about one of our customers.
If you do have a complaint about a customer please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org please include the following details:
- Your name
- Contact details
- The nature of the complaint providing as much evidence as you think is necessary
We will investigate and where necessary take appropriate action, this maybe terminating or suspended services or to provide further education for the customer. This request should be actioned within a maximum of 3 business days.
Please note however that we won’t give out your details unless you specifically request us to do so.
