Using Your Site Administration Facility
Depending on the solution you have purchased from us you will have access to a back office administration facility. Once your website is live you will be provided with a username and password which will give you access to this administration facility and a user guide in either hard copy or online format.
Should you mislay your username and password or require assistance in using your administration facility then please call our Production team on 08708 800 100 during office hours (Monday - Thursday 8.30am until 5.30pm and Fridays 8.30am until 3pm). |
